A perfect healthy and nutritious Nutella Hummus. This chickpea-based chocolate spread is a great vegan chocolate spread.
- 1 15-Ounce Can (1 1/2 Cups Cooked) Chickpeas
- 1 Tablespoon Creamy Peanut Butter
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup Dutch-Processed Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Instant Coffee Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 – 4 Tablespoons Water
- Place all ingredients ( except for the water) in a good processor and blind, slowly drizzle in the water, until you reach your desired consistency.
