A sugar free shake, made with only 4 healthy real food ingredients! Delicious flavors of a chocolate, strawberries, and bananas make the best breakfast shake!
- 1½ cups milk
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 large ripe banana, frozen
- Fresh strawberries : for garnish (optional)
- Put all of the ingredients (except the garnish) in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into two glasses, add garnish. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
